We welcome staff from a wide range of professional backgrounds, including those who are new to working within Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Our comprehensive induction and training programme is designed to provide the knowledge, practical skills and confidence needed to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
The programme covers key areas of SEND practice, including understanding a range of additional needs, communication strategies, behaviour support, safeguarding, inclusion and promoting independence and wellbeing. New staff also receive ongoing mentoring, supervision and opportunities for continued professional development, ensuring they feel fully supported as they build their experience and expertise.
Our extensive training equips staff to work effectively with children and young people with a wide range of needs, enabling them to provide safe, compassionate, and tailored support that helps every individual achieve their potential.
