Michelle Hudson

School Business Leader

Michelle serves as the School Business Leader, with responsibility for both the operational and strategic management of the school. She specialises in leadership, financial management, and project delivery.

A graduate in History, Michelle also holds qualification from the Institute of Leadership and Management and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. She brings over 15 years of experience working in inner-city schools, with a strong track record in senior leadership roles across multi-site schools. Michelle is currently working towards a level 7 qualification in Senior Leadership with a view to completing a masters. 

Michelle is committed to continuous school improvement, with a particular emphasis on enhancing the physical environment to support effective teaching and learning. She leads with integrity, transparency, and determination, articulating a clear vision for pupil achievement at Chellow Heights and fostering a culture of high expectations.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Michelle is a keen rugby league supporter and enjoys pilates. She regularly supports her children in junior leagues and is also developing her equestrian skills as a (nervous) adult novice.
