Hello, my name is Scott Shepherd, and I am currently acting Assistant Headteacher and Blue Pathway Lead at Chellow Heights Special. I have been working alongside pupils and families in Bradford for the last 29 years, in a range of Support Staff and Teaching roles. At Chellow Heights I am also Behaviour & Relationships Lead, which is an area of learning I have worked extensively in for the last 12 years and something I am very passionate about
